To check your Florida EBT Balance, you have several options. We have detailed the balance check information below. Florida EBT Balance Check
The best way to know your Florida EBT Balance is to keep your last receipt. If you do not have your last receipt, you can check the balance on your EBT card online here. You will first have to enter your EBT card number. You can also call the customer service number on the back of your card (1-888-356-3281). You will then be asked to enter your 16-digit EBT Card number. Once you enter that information, you will hear the balance on your card. Finally, you can check the balance on your card at an ATM or POS machine at a grocery store or pharmacy.
My ACCESS Florida Login
If you want to login to your My ACCESS account to review your personal account information, get updates on your benefits, see information on upcoming changes to the program or any future cuts to the program, follow the instruction below. First, you have to log into your My ACCESS Account. Once you get to the MyACCESS Account website, you need to provide your username and password to log-in. Click here to go log-in. See below for what the website looks like.
If you forgot your username, you need to click on the “Forgot User Name?” link at the bottom left of the login box to get help on retrieving your username. You will need to provide the following information:
- Date of Birth
- Case Number (10 digits)
Similarly, if you forgot your password, you will need to click on the “Forgot Password” link at the bottom right of the log-in box. You will be taken to another page where you will be asked to provide your username to retrieve your password.
If you have problems with your login, you can call the Florida Food Stamps Customer Service Number at 866-762-2237 during business hours for assistance. If you do not have a My Access Account, you have to register for one. Click here for instructions on how to sign up.

What Can You Buy with Florida Food Stamps/EBT?
According to guidelines established by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), which administers the food stamps/SNAP program, here is the list of items you are allowed to buy with your EBT Card.
What you CAN buy with EBT Card:
Foods for the household to eat, such as:
- bread and cereals;
- fruits and vegetables;
- meats, fish and poultry; and
- dairy products.
- Seeds and plants which produce food for the household to eat.
What you CANNOT buy with EBT Card:
- Beer, wine, liquor, cigarettes or tobacco
Any nonfood items, such as:
- pet foods
- soaps, paper products
- household supplies
- Vitamins and medicines
- Food that will be eaten in the store
- Hot foods
